Hotel booking:

Please book your hotel room as soon as possible, at the latest by July 15, 2012, because the fashion week of Milan will occur at the same time as the meeting.

A travel agency has pre-booked a large number of rooms at a comfortable hotel which is very close to the meeting place, at a price of 100 EUR (single room) or 150 EUR double room) plus a registration fee of 8 EUR per person. This hotel is Palazzo delle Stelline http://www.hotelpalazzostelline.it/it/index.htm.

Other hotel possibilities include (always near the meeting place and at a discounted price):
- Hotel Sant'Ambroeus: http://www.hotelsantambroeus.it;
- Hotel Minerva: http://www.hotelminervamilan.com. This hotel is cheaper but also more distant (a couple of metro stops from the university), and classified as tourist class.

In order to book your room, you should contact Agenzia Viaggi Veronelli at the Catholic University of Milan, by sending an email to agenziaviaggi@unicatt.it or by calling the number + 39 02 8055533 no later than 15th July, 2012. Please indicate your Action membership and the number of nights you would like to stay.

Please note that the rooms and the discounted prices are guaranteed until July 15, 2012. After this date, you will have to book your hotel room on your own.
